rastavio sam diferencijal zbog toga sto se nije normalno okretao.... okrece se lako i u jednom trenutku tesko i tako ispocetka i u par navrata u jednom krugu... rastavio sam ga na najsitnije komadice samo lezajeve nisam dirao ali sam ih proverio i dobri su... podmazao sam sve i vratio na mesto i stegao sam sve samo onu maticu kod izlaza na kardan, na onoj osovini gde se nalazi konusni lezaj nisam puno i kada sam okrenuo islo je lako ali u nekom trenutku ide tesko pa opet nastavi lako. moze da se okrece rukom ali teze u nekom trenutku. i tu sam maticu popustio toliko da nema lufta na toj osovini i sada se okrece kao nov ali nekad, retko kad, opet se tesko okrece, par zuba. i onda opet lako 10-15 krugova i onda u nekom trenutku par zuba tesko i opet ide lepo, kao da ipa nesto izmedju zuba ali nema jer sam cistio i proveravao. moje pitanje je da li ta matica moze da stoji tako delimicno otpustena? video sam plastiku na matici sto joj ne dozvoljava da se lako okrece ali ipak pitam. hvala. ako ste me razumeli ;)

Imam ladu 21072 (1300 kubika), interesuje me koji je odnos mog diferencijala (znam da se fabricki ugradjivao 43 i 41), odnosno da li mogu nekako spolja tacno utvrditi, da li postoji neka oznaka, kako bih tacno znao koji je odnos!?

mislim da pise na tanjirastom, ali opet mora da otvara...

fabricki je napisano nekom bojom na tanjirastom, ali se izbrise veoma brzo. mislim da je to samo namenjeno da radnici u fabrici znaju koji je koji. otvorio sam gomilu diferencijala i jos ni u jednom nisam nasao citljivo, uvek je delimicno ili skroz izbrisano

you can actually "count" the diff ratio.
on ladaclub.hu in the hungarian section is my method posted.
briefly it is the following:
lift one wheel of the questioned diff, other side remains on ground.
take a chalk to set marks on the driveshaft (where you can see it
without crawling below the car) and on the outside of the lifted tire (i
prefer to mark the 12 o'clock position)

i watch the mark on the driveshaft while slowly turn the wheel in one
direction. (say clockwise) i count 8 times the driveshaft mark passing
by, and at the 8th occurrence stop the mark with the wheel.
now look on the wheel where moved the initially 12 o'clock mark.

if the diff were with 4,00 ratio (there is none of this kind) the mark
would stay on the very top position again. if the wheel was turned
clockwise while counting,
and the wheel mark halted just after 1 o'clock, the diff is 3,909.
if the wheel mark is around 11 o'clock, the diff is 4,1
if the wheel mark is short before 9 o' clock, your diff is 4,3
if the mark is at 7 o'clock, you have the very short 4,444 ratio 2102
type diff installed.

Hvala puno, ljudi! Uradio sam test, kao sto je "gregork", naveo i ustanovio sam da je 4,1.

Može se i getriba prebrojiti:

The most informative method is to put the gearbox into 2nd gear, and turn the crank carefully, about 2 turns. (720 degrees). Before doing that, mark the driveshaft with a chalk. Now, you have about 2.00 turns on the crankshaft (gearbox input). Examine the driveshaft and slightly adjust the crankshaft while the driveshaft (gearbox output) shows exactly one turn. To do that, you have to creap under the car and back out a few times.

1 turn on the driveshaft needs almost 2 turns on the crankshaft, if it was a 2106 gearbox.
2.1 means 2105,
2.3 means 2101.

Da li neko zna o cemu je rec!? Koliko sam protumacio, nesto kao sper diferencijal za nadogradnju postojeceg diferencijala!? Ima li neko iskustva sa ovim, odnosno kako se pokazalo!?

ovo je dobro samo imam osjećaj da je to stalni šper a tu ne vidim namjenu u 95% slučajeva. treba bit špera koja se uključuje po potrebi ;)

Bezveze bi bilo da je stalni!!! Onda moze se i zavariti, pa tako da ide... Moram se raspitati kod Rusa u Bubanj pototku, u subotu!!!
